Payment methods and shipping costs
1. Payment options
1.1 You can choose from the following payment options for deliveries within Germany, unless otherwise stated in the respective item description:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Paypal
- Paypal Express
- Payment on account and by financing
We offer purchase on account and purchase in installments via Klarna BANK AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.
This option is only available to consumers. Payment must be made to Klarna in any case.
Klarna invoice

Klarna installment purchase
Klarna installment purchase is only available for Germany.
When purchasing in installments via Klarna, you can pay in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the cash register. 2.1 Your order will be shipped via DHL, Hermes
2.2 We only ship within Germany.
An individual agreement for international shipping can be made via the email address info@feelval.de .
Please tell us the article, the quantity and the delivery address, as well as the country and the corresponding zip code, so that we can check whether the delivery can be carried out. If this is the case, we will inform you in advance of the shipping costs.
